Your code is your code.
Every line of code we write for your platforms lives in your GitHub organization — not ours. You decide who has access, including us. If you ever want to walk away or hire another team, everything they need is already in your hands.
How we make it real GitHub org github.com/midpointone is owned by you. We're added as Members with push access — never Owners. You can remove us with one click.

Every account is in your name.
Cloudflare, Supabase, Stripe, Clerk, Resend, Shopify, every domain — registered to MidPoint One LLC. Acromatico is added as a team member or operator, never the owner of record. If anything happens to us, your business doesn't blink.
How we make it real Account inventory on your portal lists owner, email, and role for every service. One column you can audit anytime. We can also walk it through with you whenever you want.

One-click "Export Everything".
On your portal there's a real button labeled Export Everything. Press it and within 24 hours you get a complete archive: source code, database snapshots, deploy configs, brand assets, docs, runbooks. Nothing held back, nothing locked. Whether you're moving, audited, or just curious.
How we make it real Automated zip + Google Drive transfer. We test it ourselves every quarter so we know it works when you need it.

Honest commitment — and real flexibility inside it.
The 18-month operations retainer is firm — we're allocating an engineering team and shipping six new platforms, and that takes real time. But inside the 18 months you have full control: change priorities, swap features, reorder which platform launches when, redirect the 180 monthly hours wherever they help most. The SEO add-on is always month-to-month — add it, scale it, pause it whenever. And if life or business throws a real curveball, you and I sit down and figure out a fair pause together. We're family — that part isn't in the contract, but it's the part that actually matters.
How we make it real Operations retainer: 18 months, $2,500/mo, allocated to your portfolio. Scope is yours to direct. SEO add-on: cancel any month with 30 days notice, no questions. Exits / pauses for hardship: handled person-to-person, never as a legal fight.

If we disappear, you don't.
Honest worst-case planning. If Acromatico gets sold, raises prices unfairly, or goes away entirely — you keep everything. Code, accounts, domains, data, documentation. We maintain a "runbook" with every service we operate, so any replacement team can pick up where we left off in days, not months.
How we make it real The runbook is on your portal under "Operations docs". Updated every time we ship anything. You can read it; another developer can use it.
Why we wrote this

We could have buried all this in fine print. Most agencies do. But you're family, and we want you building bigger every year because you actually feel safe — not stuck. Acromatico's job is to make your portfolio more valuable than the relationship that built it.
